GORDON DAVIDSON
Founder & CEO of Ha!PR is a multi-award-winning broadcast executive with over 30 years’ experience in UK and international radio, consistently delivering audience growth, creative innovation, and critical acclaim at both local and national levels.
​​
At the BBC, Gordon provided editorial leadership and strategic direction, transforming content, growing listenership, and championing diverse audiences in line with public service goals. Over the last few years, Gordon has been focused on AI development in broadcasting, from a business, editorial and ethical perspective.
Beyond the BBC, Gordon has led programming at iconic stations such as Kerrang! Radio, where he secured a Sony Gold for UK Station of the Year, and held senior roles at Radio Clyde, Century FM and uring his time as Group Content Director for the Local Radio Company, he was responsible for more radio stations in the UK than any other programmer.
Gordon has designed and delivered 1000's of hours of training, consultancy, and content across the globe—from Scandinavia to Singapore—supporting broadcasters with programming strategy, digital development, and organisational change.
